About Fran Metrics

We built the things we wish existed

Fran Metrics started because we caught ourselves doing exactly what we were telling franchisees not to do. We were running on gut calls and knee-jerk reactions instead of data. Not because we didn't care about the numbers, but because extracting meaningful insights from a franchise network is genuinely hard. We weren't evaluating our own business with data the way we should have been. And once we saw that clearly, the question became obvious: if we weren't doing it, why would any franchisor be any different?

That's the problem Fran Metrics was built to solve. Franchisors deserve the same data-driven coaching tools that great operators use, and their franchisees deserve to be coached with facts, not feelings. That's our mission, full stop.

We Take Our Numbers seriously, but not ourselves
