Much Easier User Navigation

We improved user navigation for better and smoother navigation. The updated version now has a simpler layout, making it easier to find and use tools and reports. It helps users quickly understand and use complex data and reports so they can make decisions more easily.

• Front and back-end separation for cleaner functionality and optimization.
• Double-nested left-hand toolbar for more straightforward navigation.

Advanced Integration and Data Handling

The advanced integration capabilities allow seamless data coordination with QuickBooks, significantly speeding up the process.

• QuickBooks can pull data for four accounts at once, so four times the speed without slowing the site down.
• Smart mapping can automatically tag and select data points for accounts by name or partial names. This system can automate almost all QBO mapping tasks!

These enhancements make managing and analyzing franchise data more efficient, giving you more time to focus on strategic decisions.

Efficient User and Unit Management

V2 makes it easier for users to manage and consolidate units they have access to, simplifying how franchise data is managed and accessed, enhancing overall operational efficiency. 

• All users can consolidate units they have access to without a minimum number of units reporting.
• Users can see consolidated reports for the units to which they have access.
• New user groups.

Detailed KPI Reporting and Analysis

With V2 we focused on providing detailed KPI reporting and analysis with:

• Break-even analysis shows which KPIs are less favorable than the benchmarks.
• Break-even analysis can show multiple periods.
• Descending KPI Report Enhancements:
  • Shows each KPI’s Total, Average, Median, and system goal.
  • Shows out-of-range results when the filter toggle switch is on.
  • Shows units that are not reporting on the list when the filter toggle switch is on.
  • Colors alert level and out-of-range KPIs.
  • For enhanced reporting capabilities

• A new report can be used to compare KPIs from different subsets (segments) of units, units with open dates (time in operation), or combinations. Many subset groups can be created and compared, and the report will show which group had the best outcome for each KPI and by how much they were more favorable.
• New KPI groups – share any or select KPI groups with select user groups.

Goal Setting and Customization

The new goal settings and customization make it easier for franchise owners to tailor goals to their unique needs. V2 allows users to adjust unit goals multiple times over months, adapting to changing business conditions. 

Unit goals can now change based on:

• Time in operation in months up to 10 times.
• A particular subset (category) location type.
• An imported data point.

Transparent Financial Reporting

• Properly formatted P&L statements in unit reporting.

These statements are structured to provide a detailed breakdown of income and expenses for each franchise unit. With clear P&L statements, stakeholders can easily track financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
